All rates are per night for the full villa. Best value on stays of 7 nights or more. Minimum stay 3 nights. Florida’s natural sunshine keeps the pool at 85–90°F+ for much of the year — heating is optional but recommended in cooler months (around October to April) or if you prefer the spa extra hot. Short stays of 3–6 nights are subject to a small nightly supplement. A refundable damage deposit of $1,500 is required at time of booking, returned within 15 days of departure. All prices in USD, exclusive of applicable taxes.
