Cancellation Policy
8+ weeks before arrival: Loss of deposit amounts paid only.
Holiday periods: 50% of total reservation (or all funds paid at time of cancellation) will be retained.
Within 8 weeks of arrival: Total loss — no refund.
We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your booking.
Damage Deposit
A refundable damage deposit of $1,500 is required at the time of reservation. This can be held as a credit card pre-authorisation.
The deposit is fully refunded within 15 days of your departure, providing the property is left in good order.
House Rules
Check-in: From 4:00pm
Check-out: By 10:00am
Maximum occupancy: 10 guests
Minimum stay: 3 nights
Pets: Strictly no pets permitted
No parties or events without prior written consent. Quiet hours apply per resort rules.
